How to get to Pattaya? Pattaya is 147 kilometers away from Bangkok.

By bus.
Buses for Pattaya depart every 20 minutes from Bangkok's Ekkamai (Eastern) Bus Terminal, on Sukhumvit Road, adjacent to station E7 of the BTS Skytrain. Fast air-con buses cost 110 baht, while much slower second class buses cost 73 baht (not reccomended). First bus departs at 06:00 and last at 23:00. There are also buses from Bangkok's Northern Mor Chit terminal and buses direct from Don Muang as well (every 2 hours). The trip takes around two hours, depending on traffic.

By car.
From Bangkok (or directly from Don Muang Airport) take a limo; costs range between 1500-1800 baht. Prices are negotiable, Bangkok's licensed taximeter cabs cannot go directly to Pattaya. Almost all hotels in Bangkok may arrange trip by a car or minibus. The trip should take around 1.5 hours.
